Kristal Architect and Development is a multidisciplinary, design focused, development and advisory company. Since its founding in 2007, the company has completed ten projects in the MENA region and with two projects in the works in Miami, Florida.

Our business model is based on the concept of architect-as-developer, an attractive alternative to the traditional method of practice.

 

This practice model provides our company and team with the  opportunity to exert greater project leadership, have more freedom in the design process, have more control over what is built and the quality of its finishes and most importantly to provide our investors with better return of investment.
